Kukurucho farm in Pacheco, Tepanguare, La Paz, Honduras at 1650 masl, owned by second-generation producer Rony Gamez. Geisha harvested January-May, floated, pulped dry without water, then slow-dried on raised beds for ~25 days without extended wet fermentation.
