About this lot
A classic Kenyan variety, planted in the volcanic soils of El Salvador. Structured and firm in the cup, with expressive aromatics and clarity. A standout example of specialty coffee, shaped by the craft and precision of the Cafe Pacas team. Grown in the sheltered, mountainous landscape of the Santa Ana region at La Esperanza. Since 2010, the farm has been part of the Cafe Pacas family. Today the farm is divided into 18 tablones where Pacas, Red Bourbon, Pacamara, Orange Bourbon, Kenya, Ethiopian Heirloom, Moka, and Bernardina varieties are each grown, harvested, and processed separately.
