Microlot Pink Bourbon from Finca Patio Bonito in Caldono, Cauca. Grown by Carlos Arturo Trujillo and his daughter Paola using anaerobic fermentation and natural processing. Elegant wine-like acidity with notes of white tea, panela, and mild toffee. Sold in 125 g bags.
