About this lot

Typica Mejorado natural lot from Finca Paradise Horse in Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1,700-2,100 masl by Diego Bermudez Tapia in collaboration with HACHI Coffee. Ripe cherries dried on raised beds in a two-stage process: 8-10 days under cover then 4-5 days in a dark environment for even moisture reduction.
