Family-run Kamavindi Estate in Embu, founded 1958, now led by third generation. SL28 grown at 1784-1810 masl on southeast slopes of Mount Kenya. K72 protocol: 24-hour fermentation, mid-wash, second 48-hour dry fermentation, then raised-bed drying with covering.
