First signature specialty blend: classic Italian espresso reimagined with specialty beans. Brazil (Fazenda Pantano), Colombia (Tolima Planada), and Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe, Kolisha). Low acidity, smooth body, jasmine and citrus notes, chocolate–caramel finish. Founded 2013 in Florence by Francesco Sanapo (3× Italian Barista Champion) and Patrick Hoffer. Roast-to-order model.
